Our goal at Wicklow Christmas Market’s website is to make your purchasing experience easy and efficient, so we can get you on your way to our Jingle Bell Express event as quickly as possible.

 

The following Purchase Policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process for Jingle Bell Express tickets. The following are the rules or “Terms and Conditions” that govern use of the Wicklow Christmas Market website page.

 

By using or visiting this website (hereinafter “Site”), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing this web site. Wicklow Christmas Market – Jingle Bell Express reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on this web site. Please check this page of the website periodically.

 

Jingle Bell Express Purchase Policy:

 

When you pay for your ticket booking online by credit or debit card, you will automatically receive an email by return to the email address you entered. It is therefore important that you enter your email address correctly. NOTE The email may take up to 15 minutes to arrive in your inbox so please be patient! Also emails can go into your spam, clutter, promotional or junk folders, please check all.

 

Your confirmation email is your ticket/proof of purchase, please bring it with you on the day.

Admittance will not be permitted without the confirmation of booking.

When you arrive at Wicklow Christmas Market, present your printed Ticket/E-ticket at the Check-in up to 15 minutes before your experience is due to start. Please remember, all purchases are subject to debit/credit card authorisation and billing address verification, which may take place after initial confirmation has been given. Tickets purchased on the Wicklow Christmas Market website may be subject to a non-refundable debit/credit card charge.

  

If your chosen event time is cancelled or rescheduled by Wicklow Christmas Market, we will endeavour to contact you either by phone, e-mail with the contact details you provided at the time of booking. If the event cannot go ahead due to Government restrictions, you will receive a refund minus the booking fee.

Therefore it is very important that you give contact numbers when you are booking your tickets.

 

Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to or during the event, however, the availability and timing of these additional tickets may be outside the control of Wicklow Christmas Market.

 

For queries about a purchase you have made, please email bookings@wicklowchristmasmarket.com quoting the Ticket reference number printed on your emailed paid Ticket.

 

TICKETS ARE NONREFUNDABLE:

 

This year you will be able to rearrange your booking yourself. Note: tickets can be changed up to 72 hours prior to your event start date, an administration fee of €5 PER TICKET will apply in such circumstances.

If you wish to avail of the ticket change facility you must sign up for an account when you purchase tickets for your event.

 

Ticket change procedure

-         Log into your customer account

-         When logged in, you will be able to see your order history

-         Amend your reservation by clicking on “change date/time”

-         After selecting your new date and time simply check-out, pay the €5.00 fee and your reservation will be amended

 

Note: You can only reschedule if there is availability, no additional spaces can be created to facilitate your request.

 

Like most event ticket providers, tickets are non-refundable – we URGE you to check your dates, and the number of people travelling BEFORE you process as we cannot change details.

Wicklow Christmas Market makes no guarantee of any specific result from the use of this Web site or use of the Santa Express service. The responsibility of supervising children partaking in the event lies with the adult in charge.

You agree to indemnify and hold Wicklow Christmas Market, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this web site, including also your use of the Web site to provide a link to another web site or to upload content or other information to the Web site.

  

Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of Wicklow Christmas Market.

Please check your Tickets carefully when received, as mistakes can only be rectified at the time of issue. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the date and time on the Tickets.

 

Santa Express management reserves the right to refuse admission.

Every effort to admit latecomers will be made, but admission will not be possible under any circumstances after your ticket start time. The Train must leave on time.

 

The organisers of the event will do everything in their power to ensure the smooth running of the event. In the unlikely event of a major technical issue out of our control, or beyond our ability to remedy on the day, we will facilitate, in the best possible manner to deliver the event as close as possible. If some part of the experience is affected, the organisers will accommodate a replacement where possible, but reserve the right to remove promoted elements if & when deemed necessary.

 

Our priority is to ensure the Jingle Bell Express is an enjoyable experience for you and your guests, however we cannot be held liable for distress caused by circumstances that are beyond our control. These circumstances include but are not limited to: adverse weather conditions, emotional distress or disappointment caused by the role-playing characters including: Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, elves, train driver and Santa’s helpers etc.

 

Tickets are sold subject to the Wicklow Christmas Market’s Management right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange Tickets.

Wicklow Christmas Market operates a no smoking, drinking alcohol and prohibits the taking non-prescription drugs policy.

The unauthorised use of photographic equipment to record children other than those under your own guardianship is strictly prohibited. Video cameras or any type of recording equipment is prohibited in the event.

Wicklow Christmas Market – Jingle Bell Express does not accept responsibility for the personal property of its visitors.

Wicklow Christmas Market advises that all participants are appropriately dressed as this is an outdoor event.
